At Nature Climbing, we are committed to providing high-quality bouldering and climbing gear that meets your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the items back to our warehouse for inspection.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team verifies the condition of the gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange item within 5-7 business days.
